Safe LED strips – worth knowing

All articles available in HLT's offer comply with European standards and have the required certificates and declarations. We have established a partnership with an accredited research and development center that oversees the safety of our products and their compliance with applicable regulations. Our LED strips have been registered in the EPREL database, in accordance with the legislator's requirement for all companies (both manufacturers and importers) introducing light sources to the European market.

Construction of LED strips

1. Electronics layer - LED diodes, resistors.

2. Graphic layer.

3. Protective layer - PVC film (reflecting 86% of light)

4. Conductive layer - flexible copper layer 35 µm.

5. Insulation layer.

6. Power layer - flexible copper layer 35 µm.

Protective layer - PVC film.

8. Adhesive layer - double-sided adhesive tape.

9. Protective strip (liner).
