A touchless switch / PIR motion sensor is designed for controlling 12V DC LED lighting such as lamps, fixtures, and LED strips. Its compact size allows for placement practically anywhere.
The switch automatically turns on the lighting upon detecting presence within its detection range. After the person leaves the detection area or no motion is detected for a specified period (180 seconds), the switch automatically turns off the lighting.
The maximum total power of the connected LED fixtures must not exceed the rated power of the switch, which is a maximum of 25W for 12V. These features make the PIR touchless switch convenient to use and effectively manage LED lighting, while also increasing energy savings.
