Thanks to our modern technologies, including injection molding, we manufacture almost all components in-house, from PCB boards with LED diodes to housings and diffusers. Placing diodes on PCB boards
The production of the Orbit fixture begins with the careful preparation of PCB boards. LED diodes are precisely placed on the boards using modern technologies, ensuring maximum repeatability and reliability. Next, the boards with the placed diodes pass through a reflow oven, where high temperatures permanently bond the components to the board, ensuring durability of the connections. After completion of this process, each board undergoes detailed quality control tests, where we verify the correct illumination of all diodes. This process guarantees the quality our customers expect.
Variety of Orbit lighting variants
Orbit fixtures are available in three light colors – cool, neutral, and warm, allowing users to adjust the lighting to their individual needs and preferences. We also offer the Orbit Mono variant, which emits light in a single, fixed color, such as blue or RGB. Additionally, there is the option to use diodes for specialized applications, such as antibacterial strips or plant growth-supporting strips.
Injection molding of frames and diffusers
The next stage of production is injection molding, which is used to create Orbit frames from durable ABS plastic. The frames are originally produced in white, and can then be painted black or silver. All three color variants are available, allowing the product to be tailored to different visual preferences. The transparent diffusers are designed to evenly distribute LED light, ensuring optimal illumination.
Soldering and assembly
After preparing the PCB boards, frames, and diffusers, all components are assembled into a complete unit. At HLT, we carry out the soldering of electronic components and the final assembly of the fixture on-site. Each product is thoroughly tested for functionality and compliance with the design to ensure the highest quality of the delivered solution. Our lighting meets all applicable standards in both the European Union and Poland, guaranteeing safety and compliance with industry requirements.

The fully assembled Orbit LED fixtures are ready for shipment and immediate installation in furniture. Our offer includes several types of Orbit fixtures, including standard models as well as advanced versions with master function and control via controllers.
